Adding the Zoom Scheduler Add-In to Outlook

The Zoom Scheduler add-in lets you insert booking links and available meeting times into Outlook emails. Johns Hopkins University (JHU) faculty and staff with access to Zoom Scheduler can use these steps to add it to Outlook on the web.

Note: If Zoom Scheduler is not set up yet, complete Setting Up Zoom Scheduler first, and then return to this article.
