Program Chairs, Program Managers, and admin support roles for all WSE EP programs are able to submit a request to be added as a Canvas Administrator for their program. This will allow them to see (and have permission to edit) all courses in Canvas without having to be enrolled. It also gives users access to reporting at the program level, and analytics related to faculty and student engagement in course sites.
Instructions for Requesting Admin Access

Once the form is filled out and approved, you will receive admin access for the requested program(s) and a follow-up email with more information on how to access courses, as well as how to enroll users and run reports, should you need to.
